ABOUT NANCY PELLEGRINO
I have 25+ years of wealth management experience serving private clients, families, and social enterprises in the Pacific Northwest and nationally. Proven success as an executive with world class organizations in developing high performing teams, along with excellence and expertise in establishing, retaining, and growing client relationships into enduring and trusted partnerships, sets me apart. I am instrumental in the strategic development and creation of highly differentiated brands for professionals and their firms, setting them apart and setting them up for success.
MY CAREER encompasses leadership, relationship management and business development, and spans launching de novo bank wealth management businesses to heading up divisions in large corporate environments. Currently, and in addition to my role as Principal with PAS, I am a Board Director for Puget Sound Bank, one of Washington state's top commercial banks, and sit on the Governance and Asset Liability Committees of that Board. My previous leadership roles were Regional CEO for Citi Private Bank (Seattle), Regional President for Bank of New York Mellon's Wealth Management Group (Seattle), and Eastern Region Manager for Banc One's Private Asset Management Group (Columbus). And, my earlier career experiences include executive roles with Bank One investment management group in Ohio and Texas, and as vice president and manager of Texas Commerce Bank’s oil and trust division. I began my career in business in the oil and gas industry at Texas Oil and Gas in Dallas.
MY PASSION FOR MY COMMUNITY: My extensive non-profit board work includes leadership, governance, strategic planning and development chair roles. I currently serve on the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center’s Ambassador’s Board, am a Director Emeritus for the Woodland Park Zoo and past Chair of the Board, am a member of the Board of Governors of the World Trade Center Seattle, and am a member of the Seattle Chapter of Women Corporate Directors. I previously served on the boards of the Bellevue Boys and Girls Clubs, ArtsFund, PONCHO and Seattle Repertory Theatre. In 2009, I was named a “Woman of Influence” by the Puget Sound Business Journal.
MY EDUCATION includes a BA in fine arts from Vanderbilt University, studies at University College at Oxford University, Oxford, England and completion of the Darden School of Business "Leading Strategic Change" and Northwestern University's ABA Graduate Trust School programs.
